After 2 convincing wins to get to the Championship Game of the PCC Tournament, the Hawks were prepared and ready for a good matchup with LA Pierce. SCC decided to set the tone early in this game and came out on fire. The Hawks connected on 7 of their first 8 three-point tries, played pressure defense, and controlled the game from wire to wire. It was an impressive first half showing as the Hawks led 59-25. SCC made 11 threes in the first half and dominated the boards with an 18-8 advantage. Three players had double digits at the half with AJ Garrity 13 points, Tyler Goodlow 11 points, and Lucas Holden 11 points. The Hawks glided to the victory in the second half and scored a 110-73 victory to take home the tournament championship. SCC had five players finish in double digits for the game. Garrity led all scorers with 23 points. Antoine Jenkins scored 21 points, Holden had 13 points, Goodlow scored 11 points, and Paulo Araujo finished with 11 points. The torrid shooting from the three-point line continued in this game as the Hawks made 19 threes.
This is the 2nd PCC Tournament Title for SCC, as they also won it in their inaugural season in 2017-18. Antoine Jenkins was named Most Valuable Player for the tournament. AJ Garrity was selected All Tournament. The Hawks are now 7-0 on the season.
