BAKERSFIELD, CA - On February 19, 2025, the Bakersfield College baseball team hosted the first two out of three games series against the Golden West Rustlers securing a 7-6 comeback victory in the first game. After trailing for most of the game, the Renegades exploded for five runs in the seventh inning to take the lead and hold on for the win. Liam O'Reilly drove in two runs, while Jordan Brito, Isaac Torres, Dadjael Salcedo, and Anthony Nunez each added RBIs. Tony Fabian (1-0) earned the win in relief, and Kaleb Pinedo recorded his second save of the season.

The following day, the Renegades carried their momentum into the second game matchup, claiming a 10-7 win over Golden West. Bakersfield's offense put up 15 hits, with Nick Martin (3 RBIs) and Liam O'Reilly (2 RBIs, home run) leading the charge. Jordan Brito added a triple and two RBIs. Ryan Morales (4-0) continued his dominant start to the season, striking out seven batters over 6.1 innings to earn the victory.
