Riverside City College took on two teams Friday, falling 8-3 to Fresno City College and 6-5 to host Bakersfield College.
The Tigers drop to 0-4 on the year, while the Rams sit 4-1 and the Renegades 2-2.
Jocelyn Romero knocked the first home run of the season for the Tigers, finishing 2-for-3 against the Rams.
In the second game, RCC found itself in a 6-0 hole after four innings but rallied for a run in the fifth and four in the sixth to pull within one.
The Tigers took advantage of an error in the fourth before Romero had an RBI triple in the sixth and came home on a Jessica Gaitan double. RCC loaded the bases with one out and Angelina Sanchez sent two runners home with a base hit to center field.
It was all the Renegades would allow as they secured the 6-5 victory.
Riverside remains on the road and heads to Antelope Valley College on Tuesday at 2:30 p.m.
