Cypress Chargers Women’s Volleyball Cruises Past Fullerton in Straight Sets

CYPRESS, CA - The Cypress Chargers women's volleyball team dominated Fullerton in straight sets with a 3-0 victory at home.

Cypress set the tone early in the first set with a dominant 25-10 victory.

At the start of the second set, both teams were going back and forth. However, Cypress pulled away towards the end of the set. The Chargers went on a 7-2 run to win the set, 25-18.

The Chargers continued the pressure in the third and final set with a 6-0 run to make the score 17-9 midway through. Cypress also ended the final set on a 7-0 run, closing out the match with a commanding 25-14.

Key contributors for Cypress included Zoe Ziegler with 10 kills, Keilyn Flores with 12 assists, and Hailey Church who added 4 service aces to help the Chargers get the victory.
