Tigers Corral the Gauchos

Match Notes:

·         RCC turned in a solid performance against the Orange Empire Conference defending champion Saddleback College.

·         Freshman Danny Garcia got the Tigers started and knocked his roommate Eliott "Eco Boost" Moreno from the "First Match Completed" throne, with a convincing win at the #3 spot, 6-1, 6-0.

·         Sophomores Jordan Gobatie, Ulises Banos, and Gustavo Carvalho kept the Tigers rolling, winning the #1, #5, and #4 spots.

·         Sophomore Aliaksandr Pesniak sealed the victory for the Tigers, putting the Tigers up 5-0 in singles.

·         RCC completes the first round of Orange Empire Conference play next week with a home match against Orange Coast College in Riverside on Tuesday, March 5^th (2:00).
