Cypress, CA. -- The Chargers hosted the Allan Hancock Bulldogs for a Thursday/Saturday series and were beaten in both games, 4-3 and 10-2.
In Thursday's game the Bulldogs pulled out a win after pushing the game to 11 innings. Nathan Kuchta was credited with the loss for the Chargers after the Bulldogs managed to drive in a run in the top of the eleventh to go ahead.
In Saturday's match-up the game remained very close until the top of the eighth when the Chargers went threw three pitchers while allowing five hits and six runs to score. Dalton Douty get the credit for the loss.
The Chargers now head into OEC play with a 9-4 record as they will travel to face OCC next on February 27th. First pitch is scheduled for 2:00pm at the OCC field.
