HORNETS TAKE FALCONS IN FOUR: It was FC's home opener on Wednesday night and the Hornets did not disappoint as they defeated Cerritos College 3-1: 25-21, 22-25, 25-22, 25-19.

Jordyn Hecker had a big night leading the Hornets with 20 kills, 4 aces, and 17 digs.  Laura Hartzheim delivered with 49 assists and 8 digs.  Three FC players contributed with 7 kills each in Samantha Palmer, Shawnna Chung , and Madison Owens .  Chung also scooped 15 digs while Palmer had 13.

Up Next:  The Hornets (2-0 overall) will host Ventura College this Friday, September 14th.  Game time is at 6:00 pm.  On Saturday, September 15th, FC hosts the Fullerton Quad Tournament featuring Santa Barbara and Mt. San Antonio Colleges.  This will be an all day event taking place in the South Gym.
