Citrus Competes at RCC Tournament

Citrus College kept its busy week going with two games at the Riverside City College Tournament Friday, falling 22-10 to Cerritos College and 23-8 to Orange Coast College.

The Owls move to 4-14 on the year with the pair of defeats.

Jullian Nichols led the Owls with eight goals and grabbed five steals on the day. Logan Haberle had five goals and dished out five assists in the two games, while Rolan Solis netted three goals and had four assists. Gavin Tanner scored a goal in each game and added an assist, while Nathan Salcedo had an assist in the nightcap and Eric Ramirez had three assists in the opener. Christian Duran and Jacob Cruz also had assists in the first game of the day.

Citrus returns to RCC to close out the RCC Tournament on Saturday.
