SATNA ANA, Calif. - SAC Women's Volleyball hosted the Fullerton Hornets on Wednesday night under the lights of Bill Cook gymnasium. After going a total of four sets, the Dons came up victorious, defeating the Hornets 3-1 (28-26, 25-15, 22-25, 25-21). 

Lyric Birdsong came up big for the Dons with a total 9 digs through the night.  

Middle blocker, Sara Brittin, rallied a total of 12 kills to continue giving the Dons an edge over the Hornets while collecting five digs along the way. 

Adding to the mix was setter, Alexis Tortola, with a total of three kills, nine digs, and 26 assists. 

The Wednesday night win was a combined effort of all 8 girls on the court. The Dons Women's Volleyball team will play their next conference game on Wednesday, 10/16 at 6:00 PM on their home court.
