CYPRESS, CA- Cypress women's soccer (9-2-3, 5-2-2 OEC) battled the Saddleback Bobcats (12-1-3, 7-0-2 OEC) at home on Tuesday afternoon. Neither team found the back of the net and ended the match in a draw, 0-0.

CYPRESS, CA- Cypress women's soccer (9-2-3, 5-2-2 OEC) battled the Saddleback Bobcats (12-1-3, 7-0-2 OEC) at home on Tuesday afternoon. Both teams struggled to find the back of the net and ended the match in a draw, 0-0.
Cypress and Saddleback's defense held up strong as each team only put up 2 shots in the first half.
In the second half, the Chargers out attacked the Bobcats with 6 shots to the Bobcats 3. Though, Cypress had the opportunity in the 72nd minute when Celine Gehrig drilled a shot through the keepers hands. Unfortunately, the ball spun out of the net and there was no goal.
Cypress women's soccer have five more games left in conference-play and two of the games will be on home turf.
UP NEXT: The Chargers travel to Irvine Valley College on Friday, October 28th. Kick-off will start at 3PM.
