The OEC women's golf regular season came to a close on Wednesday evening as Saddleback College finished in first place with a perfect 48-0 record. The Bobcats were dominant in conference play as their team sat atop the leaderboard in all eight matches this season.

The final regular season round was held at Arroyo Trabuco in Mission Viejo, CA. Amber Davalos and Nicole Whipple of Saddleback each turned in the low card of the day at 75. Their teammate Mari Mak was the runner up to the medalists with a personal season low of 76. Two golfers from OCC, Stephanie Tran (77) and Meah Collins (79) each broke 80 along with College of the Deserts' Lehapi Taungahihifo (77).

Amber Davalos, Chelsey Gutierrez (Fullerton), Nicole Whipple, Stephanie Tran, Lehapi Taungahihifo, and Mari Mak enter the OEC Championships as the leaders in total individual score. All six golfers have carded an average score below 80 through eight matches as they battle to be crowned the OEC most valuable player.

The two-day OEC Championships will take place on November 1st and 3rd at Menifee Lakes.
