CYPRESS, Calif. --- After dropping two of their last three games and tying Golden West on Tuesday, the Chargers stepped onto Ray Haas field playing very aggressive on Friday evening.

Cypress attacked the net from the very first minute and never turned back.  Daniel Llamas hit the back of the net early in the game to put the Chargers up, (1-0).

Minutes before the half, Norco was able to squeak in a goal, tying the game up (1-1) heading into the break.

Llamas recorded another goal just ten minutes into the second half and was able to give Cypress the (2-1) lead.  Just moments after Llamas' second goal, Michael Hodis stepped up and was able to get a quick one for the Chargers.  This gave Cypress a commanding (3-1) lead.

Llamas wasn't done just yet.  Not only did he score his first goal of the season against Norco, but he also managed to record a hat trick and scored his third goal of the game with twenty minutes to spare in regulation.  Llamas was able to score on a header which came from an impressive cross from Jesus Ibarra.

Norco recorded one last goal, cutting the lead down to two.  The Chargers still led at that point, (4-2).

The Chargers held on to their (4-2) lead and defended the net until the final whistle blew.  This makes Cypress (3-5-3) on the season and (3-2-1) on their home field.

The Chargers continue league play on Tuesday when they travel to Fullerton College.  The game is set to start at 3pm.
