FULLERTON, Calif. --- The Chargers Women's Volleyball team hasn't been holding anything back these last few weeks.  Cypress managed to defeat Fullerton College (25-21), (26-24), (25-22) on Wednesday night, making it their fourth straight victory.

Fullerton College was ranked ninth in the state heading into last nights matchup and defeated the Chargers in Cypress on October 4th.   

This victory puts the Chargers in a third place tie in the most recent OEC standings.  On top of winning four matches in a row, the Chargers have also shutout their last 3 opponents, (3-0).

Mya Shannon recorded 17 kills on the night and Kiki Atuatasi followed up with 14 kills for the Chargers.  

Holly Webster led Cypress in digs (27), and Allyson Dekruyf led the Lady Chargers in assists with 37.

Ani Green had a very impressive game on the defensive side of the ball.  Green managed to block eight balls on the night, seven of them being solo blocks.  

Cypress now moves to (11-6) overall and (5-3) in conference play.  

The Chargers face Golden West on Friday night at home, starting at 7 pm.
