WOMEN'S TENNIS: FIRST WIN FOR NEW COACH

The Hornets won their first match under new head coach Yolanda Duron, a 5-4 victory over Rio Hondo College.

In singles-play, Fullerton got off to a good start with wins from Kalie Laubie (6-4, 3-6, 6-4), Alexandra Altamirano (6-0, 6-0), and Lael Cardinal (6-3, 6-1).

The Hornets were able to clinch in doubles with key wins by Kalie Laubie / Alexandra Altamirano (8-1) and Mayumi Okubo / Amy Fang (8-6).
