The Lady Hornets played at the Mount San Antonio College Classic over the weekend and came up one game short of winning it all.
On Friday, FC handled Mt. SAC 18-12 and Palomar College 13-7. Against the Comets, Gabbi Perez put on a show scoring 9 of the Hornet goals.
On Saturday, the Hornets knocked out Long Beach 17-14, but lost in the championship game to Santa Barbara 19-9.
