#6 Fullerton ended #11 Victor Valley College's season at home Tuesday night 3‐1 (22‐25, 25‐15, 25‐15, 25‐16) in the 1st Round of the Southern California Regional Playoffs.
After dropping their first game 22-25, the Hornets turned it on winning the next three in a big way.
FC freshman Grace Lopez was key hammering out 19 kills, 7 digs, and 6 aces. Alex Winfield was also influential handing out 27 assists, 4 kills, 4 aces with 7 digs and Carly Bergen had 23 assists with 5 digs. Alexa Fairfield had 18 digs and Briana Cervantes had 12. Kali La Brie, Kelsey Smith, and Cervantes each had 8 kills.
